Jess Psahoulias

SENIOR INSIGHTS ANALYST & MODERATOR

Jess moderates focus groups and in-depth interviews for a range of entertainment projects, including TV series concept development, episode testing, and series maintenance. Prior to joining Miner & Co Studio, Jess was a moderator at Smarty Pants.

Jess graduated from the University of Chicago with a degree in Neuroscience. She loves the outdoors and is an avid photographer, road-tripper, hiker, and rock climber. On rainy days, Jess loves to play board games with friends or watch the latest indie film. She is currently based in Salt Lake City.

Antonija Antunovic

With a love for entertainment and a keen eye for detail, Antonija is dedicated to appreciating and analyzing storytelling in all its forms. She believes research is pivotal to the creative development process because it provides a platform for different perspectives and helps appropriately highlight a culturally relevant focus.

Antonija has a background in data analytics, project delivery, and script coverage. She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.A. in English and a B.S. in Radio-Television-Film. She enjoys reading short story collections, watching horror films, and listening to spooky podcasts.

Laura Needham

INSIGHTS CONSULTANT

With degrees in Neuroscience and Art History from the University of Chicago, Laura is adept at identifying quantitative and qualitative insights for a range of TV and media clients at Miner & Co Studio.

Laura’s “left and right brain” interdisciplinary research experience has fueled her belief that there is no singular lens through which to investigate a question - we inhabit a complex world, and understanding it requires a more creative approach than any one perspective can provide.

Outside of work, Laura is an accomplished violinist and avid tennis player. You can also find her reading, watching the latest Netflix release, or exploring the mountains of Salt Lake City.

Scott Cordell

FIELD DIRECTOR

Scott brings 20+ years of experience as both a seasoned researcher and field director to Miner & Co. Studio, having helped to shape and execute projects for clients such as Kenneth Cole, Partnership for a Drug Free America, Time Warner Cable, and MTV Networks.

Scott approaches moderating and field management with a total “teamwork” mentality. He believes that the best research is achieved when everyone—the client, the research team, and the field—work together.

He loves exchanging ideas and formulating solutions to ensure that the best and most qualified respondents are targeted and interviewed with sensitivity and skill.
